Gabriel Garcia is a Millennial and Real Estate entrepreneur who flips properties in South Florida. Gabriel began his real estate career in 2013 and since then co-founded Florida Cash Home Buyers, South Florida's premiere real estate investment company, and has completed over 400+ flips totaling over $30,000,000 in sales. He has been featured as an expert speaker on many real estate podcasts showing others how to quickly build and scale their real estate companies.

Gabriel resides in South Florida with his wife Carolyn and son Gabriel Jr., and is currently the CEO of FL Cash Home Buyers. He has plans of doubling his growth next year and adding commercial real estate to his investment portfolio.

Q: “How long does it take to finish the course and receive my certification?”

A: This class is 8 hours of video training, so if you are working at it full-time you could technically complete the class and take all the tests in one day (although this is not recommended). To fully understand and apply the materials, you should allow 5 days if you are working full-time, and 7 weeks if you taking the class part-time.

Q: “Am I guaranteed to get certified if I take the class?”
